Urgensi keterampilan abad 21 pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP dalam menyongsong era society 5.0

Era society 5.0 memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam kehidupan termasuk pada dunia pendidikan. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di sektor pengajaran pada masa masyarakat 5.0 bisa ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan keterampilan abad 21. Peningkatan keterampilan abad 21 diharapkan memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih dalam terutama pada pembelajaran IPA. Maksud dalam pembuatan tulisan ini yaitu guna memahami urgensi keterampilan abad 21 pada pembalajaran IPA SMP dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Metode riset yang diterapkan ialah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pencarian literatur yang relevan sejumlah 13 literatur. Temuan riset mengindikasikan jika keterampilan abad 21 pada pembelajaran IPA sangat penting ditinjau dari aspek pengembangan berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikasi, kolaborasi, serta kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Keterampilan ini memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia yang terus berubah dan berkembang, serta meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk mengintegrasikan pengetahuan ilmiah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga siswa juga mampu bersiap untuk menyongsong era society 5.0.
