Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank Syariah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Bank Syariah sebagai populasi, dengan sampel yang diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,683 dan nilai R-Square 0,542. Temuan ini konsisten dengan teori Spillover dan Teori Pertukaran Sosial, yang mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, manajemen Bank Syariah perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek keseimbangan kehidupan kerja untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan secara keseluruhan.
